1.Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, optionally, your email address. If you use Apple's “Hide My Email” feature, we receive only a relay address. We do not collect your full name unless you explicitly provide it during first sign-in.
Content you generate
The prompts you write and the images or videos generated are stored in your account so you can access your history. Generated files are stored in our secure cloud storage.
Usage data
- The AI model you selected and generation parameters (e.g., aspect ratio, steps)
- Credits charged per generation
- Generation status and timing (for performance monitoring)
- Device push notification token (only if you grant permission, used solely to notify you when a generation completes)
Payment information
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details. We receive only a transaction reference and the number of credits purchased.
2.How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Genera AI service
- Process your AI generation requests and return results
- Manage your credit balance and record transactions
- Send push notifications about your generation status (if permitted)
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your prompts, generations, or personal data for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
3.Third-Party Services
Genera AI uses the following third-party providers. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Supabase — database, authentication relay, and file storage (hosted in the EU). Privacy policy →
- Replicate — runs the AI models that generate your images and videos. Prompts and parameters are sent to Replicate to fulfill requests. Privacy policy →

We share only the minimum data necessary for each provider to fulfil their function. We do not sell your data to any third party.
4.Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers operated by Supabase. We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS), row-level security policies so only you can read your own data, and access controls that limit which parts of the system can write to your account.
No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
5.Data Retention
We retain your account data and generation history for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion (see Your Rights below), we will delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6.Children's Privacy
Genera AI is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7.Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability (receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format)

8.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
